Every Founders Hold carries three promises:
Fully refundable — any time, for any reason, until we offer you a firm move-in date.
Automatic refund — if we have not offered your move-in date by April 30, 2027, every dollar returns to you, no request needed.
Your personalized founders rate, locked for life — an all-inclusive monthly rate set with you on your founder call, guaranteed never to increase for as long as your loved one lives at Rosemere. Most communities raise rates every year; ours never will for our sixteen founding families.
Positions 1 and 2 are reserved by Rosemere for internal allocation and are not paid family holds. Family reservations begin at Position 3 — thirteen of our sixteen founders positions are open. Reserve yours by scheduling your call today.
Rosemere Mansion is a planned senior living residence. Zoning, construction, required approvals, and Missouri licensure are pending. No residents will be admitted unless and until all required approvals and licensing are issued.
